The villa is situated at the edge of the small village Sveti Lovrec Labinski on Istria's east coast, 2 km from the ocean. The perfect starting point for:
Cities/culture (Labin, Rabac, Pula, Rovinj, Pazin, Motovun...)
Hiking/walking/nature (the coast, the Skitaca high plateau...)
