Casa Rosa is a holiday house awash with light for 4-5 people with two sunny terraces and divine views across the entire valley, in a quiet location amidst olive groves, a mere 9 km from the sea. Here you can holiday in the native Liguria. Together with three other houses, Rustico, La Mansarda and Nido Celeste, it is part of the La Mola olive farm complex. The 4 m x 10 m pool (depth 1.40 m), which is for exclusive use by the guests at La Mola, is 100 m away. A lot of outdoor space for running around without the danger of nearby cars, and a small play area with a trampoline, make this property a paradise for our smaller guests, too! If you are holidaying with children, please note that some of the terraces and stairs, as well as the pool are not secured with railing.
The ground floor is comprised of a living area awash with light, which has large arched windows and an integral kitchen. In addition, it comprises a turquoise bathroom with a sunken bath tub and a double bedroom (king size bed), which – the same as the living area – offers access to the lower terrace. Here you can enjoy the magnificent view of Vasia from the large marble table. An open staircase leads from the living area to the mezzanine level with a small selection of books, reading corner and a single bed. From here you will gain access to the upper level double bedroom (king size bed), which boasts superb panoramic views of the entire valley, and to a large balcony with 2 sun loungers. In front of the house is a further outdoor space with a dining area and brick barbecue underneath an olive tree.
Naturally, this house offers you all the comforts you could wish for, such as a private parking space, satellite TV, Internet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a German coffee machine and a pellet-burning stove.
The infrastructure of the nearby village of Molini di Prelá offers a chemist and a well-stocked village shop with everything for your daily needs. Two pizzerias and an excellent restaurant complete the offer. The village is a 15-minute walk across a mule path or 1 km along the road. Once a month, a flea market animates the picturesque Piazza and invites you to rummage. The fine, sandy beaches and the picturesque town centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio are 9 km away.

Einmal im Monat belebt ein Trödelmarkt die malerische Piazza und lädt zum Stöbern ein. Zu den fein sandigen Stränden und der malerischen Innenstadt von Imperia Porto Maurizio sind es 9 km.

In the case of cancellation between 49 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday, 50% of the total price will be charged.
In the case of cancellation within 29 days or less prior to the commencement of the holiday, 90% of the services booked will be charged.
In the case of a late arrival or early departure, irrespective of the reasons, we will invoice 100% of the booked service.
