This cosy vacation home is situated in a quiet and beautiful environment in hilly position and is part of a charming country estate. You reach your domicile by a private road with an electric entrance gate. There is a parking space and a pool (9 m x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) for common use.
A functionally equipped kitchen with 4 hotplates, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator is at your disposal. End the day in the large living area with satellite TV. A bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the cottage.

All shopping can be done in Cortona (about 1 km). You can even walk to the town: A pleasant walk with a great view of the Valdichiana valley and part of Lake Trasimeno.
The Chiana Valley is characterized by orchards as well as cereal fields, olive groves and vineyards. Excursions to the Lago di Trasimeno (24 km) or to Arezzo (38 km) are recommended.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
