On the first floor of the property there is a 60m2 terrace which can be accessed from each of the rooms in the house. In the house there is a mobile barbecue to enjoy outdoor cooking. The property’s privacy is partial and has access to 1 space to park your vehicle inside of the property.
The living room of this apartment is the perfect place to relax watching satellite TV, a DVD or reading a good book. The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same area. This area has a bar which separates the kitchen from the living room and is ideal to enjoy eating with your loved ones. The property’s kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including electric stove. In the house there is a laundry room in which there are: 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the house: 1 with 1 double bed, 2 with 2 single beds (located on the ground floor) and the 4th with 1 bunk bed. All rooms have heating, wardrobes and there are 2 cribs in the property for the little ones. There are 2 bathrooms in the villa: 1 with 1 bathtub on the ground floor, and the 2nd with a shower in suite. The property has central oil heating.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

The villa is located in a residential area of Cala Pi. It is 17 kilometers from Llucmajor and 4km from the Talayotic village of Capocorb, which was declared National Historical-Artistic Monument in 1931. The beach of Cala Pi penetrates within half a kilometer between two vertical walls of more than 30m of height. The fine white sand beach is easy to access and has free parking for personal cars.
