The 10x5m chlorine pool has a depth ranging from 1m to 2m. Around the pool there is 1 outdoor shower and a total of 12 sunbeds and 1 umbrella to enjoy sunbathing safely. The paved area of the property measures 120m2 and the lawn one 300m2. The property’s furnished porch measures 25m2 and is located in front of the pool; there is a part of the porch which is covered by a vine, giving a special charm to the area. In this porch you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones while you can practice your aim playing pool on the pool table at your disposal. Just off the porch, there is a magnificent fix barbecue, covered by a lemon tree, in which you can prepare any dish you intend to. In the area where the fixed barbecue is located, there is a 25m2 furnished terrace where you can share unforgettable moments with family and friends. The property’s privacy is complete and in the exterior area you space to park 4 cars.
When you cross through the porch there is the great living room where you can enjoy watching satellite television, a DVD movie or relaxing through a good read. The dining room is open to the living room and is the perfect place to share endless after-eating talks with your loved ones. The kitchen is just off the dining room and you will be able to surprise your guests with your culinary creations using, among other things, the gas stove available to you. The laundry area is in the kitchen and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor, and the other 2 remaining bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Two have 2 single beds and the other two have double beds. There are 3 bathrooms in the property, 2 of them on the GF (1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) and 1 with a bathtub in the 1st F. In the house you have access to 1 crib and 6 fans.
Pets are welcome at this property, as long as they do not weight more than 8kg.

The villa is located perfectly because you have a variety of options to enjoy a great vacation. First of all the tranquility and privacy of the property makes you want to stay there. In the village of Pollença you’ll find many different stores.
Visit the chapel of Calvari or enjoy a round of hiking, cycling or walking seeing the views of Serra de Tramuntana. The nearest sandy beach is the Port de Pollença but we recommend you to visit the beach of Bóquer or Cala d'Escorca.
