A beach minibus takes you from right in front of the house to the beach in 10 minutes in summer. The beach and the sea are also easy to reach on foot.
The house sits on the highest hill in San Lorenzo al Mare. Both San Lorenzo al Mare with its beaches and Civezza with its typical Ligurian streets and alleyways can be reached easily from the house.
Our apartment is located on the ground floor of our family home. Home-made produce like vegetables, home-made olive oil and various other tasty treats are waiting for you to enjoy....
We can take our guests to the beach and pick them up again, free of charge
The house sits in the perfect place to access both the sea and the region's hills and mountains.
The upper storey sits at ground level, so the back of the holiday accommodation (bathrooms and bedrooms) doesn't have a view (windows and ventilation are provided).
By contrast, the front of the accommodation (living room and kitchen) looks out over the square/garden, the olive trees and the mountains inland.
We're situated in a very peaceful area, surrounded by nature.

The house is 5 minutes' drive and 30 minutes' walk from San Lorenzo al Mare, where nearly all the beaches are free to access and you'll find lots of restaurants that serve speciality fish dishes.
There are also lots of bars where you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast or have a tasty snack.
If you head towards the mountains, you can visit lots of Ligurian villages where there are many small streets and alleyways to discover.
If you're travelling along the motorway, you can get to us by taking the Imperia Ovest exit, then heading in the direction of Imperia at the roundabout. After approx. 1 km you'll reach a T-junction. Take a right turn there towards Sanremo. After approx. 5 km, take another right towards Civezza.
After 1 km, you'll see a supermarket on the left-hand side. Take a left turn there into the Via Renovi. After a few metres, take a right turn into the Via Terre Bianche. The house is the 2nd house on the left at the top of the slope.
