The villa is situated near the small village of Vizinada. The closest beaches are at a 20 min drive, and the Pula airport only 50 km away. The villa is located in the northern part of Istria, near the Mirna River valley where lies surely the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town of Motovun as well as other istrian jewel a must see small town - Grožnjan. The entire area is dotted with excellent local restaurants and this area is famous for some of the best truffles in the world.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Max 2 well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 € per pet per week
