Sleeping up to 6 guests, this modern and contemporary style apartment was completely updated in March 2019 and offers a relaxed holiday home which is ideal for entertaining. The apartment is fully equipped with all the desired home-from-home features you could wish for!
The spacious and welcoming open plan living area has endless lake views. The entire apartment has new updated furniture and beds and offers two modern sofa’s perfect for enjoying a film on the flat screen TV or unwinding in the evenings in front of the romantic and ambient fireplace.
Guests can enjoy the soft lake breeze which drifts in from the French doors which lead directly out onto the sunny private balcony terrace. Out here guests can enjoy the breath taking lake views whilst dining ‘alfresco’ with a glass of wine and a delicious home cooked meal.
A separate fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances to really enjoy the freedom and flexibility which comes with a self-catering stay, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, an electric kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso and dishwasher all provided. The indoor dining area has an expandable table perfect for seating 6 comfortably and is situated conveniently to the open plan living area next to the kitchen.
The sleeping accommodation is perfect for families and groups of up to 6, with flexible accommodation to suit all guest requirements. A spacious master double bedroom features a lake view balcony and is the perfect place to unwind for couples after a fun day of sight-seeing. A second double bedroom is equally spacious and features plenty of mirrored wardrobes with storage space. A third bedroom is furnished with a modern set of child-friendly bunk beds perfect for younger guests including a pull out single bed to accommodate a seventh guest if required.
The beautifully presented holiday home further features two updated modern fitted bathrooms with a washing machine also provided for guests convenience.
A private garage in the gated residence is provided for guest’s use (for small to medium sized cars) and with spectacular views of Bellagio, the shared outdoor swimming pool with landscaped lawn provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy during your Lake Como stay! Our guests can use the four provided lawn chairs and umbrella for comfort.
Pool opening times: The pool is usually open from June 1st to September 15th. For arrival dates outside this period, please check before booking if the pool is open during that time.
