This beautiful villa is set over two floors, composed by a nice sitting-dining room with satellite-TV, another dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room with washer, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. Regarding the bedrooms, you will find two on the ground floor (one double and one twin bedroom) and two more on the first floor (one double and one twin bedroom). Furthermore, there are four fans, central heating and one cot and high chair upon request.
From the pool, you have unobstructed views over the woods; and on clear days you can even see the Mediterranean on the horizon. The 3.5 m x 7.5 m, chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.7 m is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. There, you can bask in the sun or have a barbecue (mobile gas BBQ). Additionally, there is a furnished porch if you prefer shade.
There is exterior parking for 5 cars.
There is a small wooden house on the plot, which is closed, because the owner uses it as a store room.
