The well-kept exteriors feature a 26 m2 garden, a private, 5 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth of 0.9-1.10m, where you can refresh. There is a trampoline where your children can play. On the 16 m2 porch you may enjoy lazy afternoons while having a drink or chatting to your friends. If you like cooking outside, there is a BBQ.
Stylistically, the interiors of this two-storey house are modern and bright, offering a high standard of living. On the ground floor, there is a sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV, an open, well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and a shower bathroom. Your kids will enjoy playing in the children's room, where they will find different toys. If you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair.
Upstairs, there is one twin bedroom and two double bedroom. One double bedroom comes with shower bathroom en-suite, changing room and access to a 12 m2 terrace. Furthermore, there is a bath with bath tub on the upper floor.
Pets are not allowed.

Llubi, located in the northern centre of Mallorca, is an authentic, small village. This zone is particularly inhabited by farmers and due to this fact, the landscape is characterized by fields. On Tuesday takes place the weekly market in Llubi, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
By car you can go to the beautiful north coast and to beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente and Formentor. All of them are fine grained, offer amenities like cafés and sun loungers and are nice to practise water sports; for example kitesurfing, windsurfing or diving.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
