The pool area, surrounded by orange trees, is an idyllic place to bask in the sun on one of the four sun loungers, refresh yourself thanks to the exterior shower and enjoy your free time. The 9 m x 4 m chlorine pool has a depth of 1.6 m and is private. There is a furnished porch with pool views, ideal for al fresco dining. Why not having a nice BBQ underneath the starry sky? This lovely property is independent with total privacy and there are a few neighbours.
This two-storey house has been renovated in 2016 and its modern decoration will make you feel like home. Our guests will have access to the first floor as the ground floor is closed and inhabited. The most distinguishing detail of this lovely home is the upper terrace with incredible panoramic views over the countryside; an idyllic spot for having a drink in the evening.
When entering the house, a bright sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV invites you to relax. The open kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped so you can prepare your favourite meals. The laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board.
A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with A/C and wardrobes, makes this home perfect for four people. For our youngest guests, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. A bathroom with bath tub makes the equipment complete.
Pets are not allowed.

Golf course: 10 km - Pollensa
Surrounded by fields, but at the same time with easy access to the motorway, this wonderful house is located in Sa Pobla, in the northern part of Mallorca. In the town centre you will find everything you may need during your stay. Bars and restaurants on the main square of Sa Pobla offer good tapas and tastefully, home-made food. The market takes place on Sunday. There you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers. The caves of Campanet are open during the whole year and show an unbelievable subterranean world of stalactites and stalagmites.
A car is essential to go to the north coast and reach dreamlike beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa, all fine grained and with crystal clear waters. For those who don't want to miss sports: in Pollensa, there is a well-kept golf course, on the coast you can practise water sports and around the house lots of trails and cycling routes lead through the Tramuntana mountains. During spring, you can visit the subterranean springs Ses Fonts Ufanes, declared as a Human World Heritage by Unesco.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
