The village and beaches just five minutes way down the hill. Only twenty minutes drive to Cape Town, lots of sights and beautiful scenic drives nearby. The area is particularly beautiful and is surrounded by mountains and sea.
Hout Bay is a small fishing village just 20 miniutes from Cape Town. The cottage is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the beach. Peace and quiet are our trademark but f you are looking for a bit of mall shopping or night life you can get to these in an easy drive along the coast.
Most of the top tourists attractions, Table Mountain, The Victorian and Alfred Waterfront and the Malay Quarter or the city markets can be reached easily by car, if you have the energy to leave the sun deck and the pool.
Chapmans' Peak and the south peninsula with warm swimming beaches and attractions such as the penguin colony are easily accessible along the most beautiful stretch of coastline. There are also great wine farms nearby.
