Beautiful Villa Noemi is located in a small village in Istria called Krvavići. Like most Istrian villages, Krvavići is surrounded by breathtaking nature, green hills and farmlands, which makes it a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. If you are interested in sightseeing and historic cities, only a couple minutes drive away from Krvavići you will find Pula, a city with rich cultural heritage.
Pula is the largest city of Istria and world famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre. Beside cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, well known in this part of the Europe.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
