All in all we had a nice stay.
Positive: Great, shady location of the terrace, sea view, nice pool, well-kept complex. The apartment is okay, the couch and beds are comfortable. The furnishings can be assessed in different ways - there is enough dishes, pots, cutlery.
Unfortunately, all everyday items are obviously put away after the previous tenant leaves. No dishwashing liquid, no clean cloth, 1 half-used roll of toilet paper. The towel supply is poor - 1 bath towel + 1 normal towel per person, no hand towel at the sink, no soap, no floor towel in front of the shower. Real complaints: A dirty tablecloth full of holes on the table and some of the dishes and pots were dirty. All in all, there is room for improvement. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the time, especially the peace in the somewhat remote complex and the proximity to the beach in Parghelia and the wonderful town of Tropea.

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, aber es fehlen viele Dinge, um es reinigen zu können. Zum Glück ist das Schwimmbad wieder geöffnet, ich werde Ihnen jedoch die Rechnung über den Kauf für das Haus schicken
