The Studio apartment is perfectly suitable for 2 guest, although can be used also for max 4 people; in al large ambient (40sqm) you have a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, 1 balcony with front view.
Upon arrival, the apartments will be prepared for the number of guests booked with ready beds and fresh, clean towels.
At departure, we ask guests to wash only the dishes, throw away the garbage, the rest will be cleaned by our efficient colleague who takes care of the order and cleaning the house.
Our pride is the roof terrace! We offer guests the opportunity to relax and a fascinating and magnificent view of the surroundings.

It is above all the position that makes this holiday home so pleasant: as soon as you exit the main entrance gate, you find yourself in an avenue full of attractions and needs that you may want on vacation. Once you cross the street, you can smell the lake and after a few steps you are on the beach; You can forget about parking fatigue by parking your car in our garage, so in a safe place. The main entrance of the residence is in Viale Rovereto. You'd leave your car shortly by our neighbors (they are very understanding and patient), so you can enter at Reception where we will give you immediately directions, entrance code and parking space in our Garage. After this we calmly check in and welcome you!
