The apartment is located in a quiet suburb of Überlingen on the western shore of Lake Constance, in the beautiful Nesselwanger high valley.
The apartment is about 26 sqm in size and outfitted with a foldaway Murphy bed. The large balcony is partially covered and has a southwest exposure. The apartment is ideal for two people, but also has a sofa bed. There is a shower and a kitchenette with all the necessities.
Parking for cars and bicycles is free of charge at the house.
You are not only close to Lake Constance, but also to many attractions, such as Salem Castle, Birnau pilgrimage church, the stilt houses of Uhldingen, and the historic old towns of Überlingen, Meersburg, and Constance.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling. The golf course is 5 kilometres away.
Take the B31Neu until the end of the extension.
At that point, do not continue towards Friedrichshafen, but turn left, in the direction of Nesselwangen and Bonndorf.
The next town is Nesselwangen.
In the village centre on the right side you'll see the former Gasthof Adler.
The house two doors down with the red framing will be your vacation home for the next few days.
