The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a health crisis of international concern and therefore, the opportunity to travel is limited. It is important to always be informed about the current situation. We follow the announcements of international and national governments and health authorities. Please also inform yourself. Before you book your holiday or start your journey you should check official sources for possible travel restrictions.

Here are some tips for the travel planning:

1. Please note that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.

2. If you have any questions regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details in the exposé.

3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

4. We have collected the most important sources of the Corona virus and possible travel restrictions. The information (in German) is constantly updated by the competent authorities.

We provide you 4 independants suites ( with air conditioned and wifi ) very confortable and with private bathroom. 3 with a beautiful view on the sea and one with an access to the beautiful and colorful patio.
The whole villa has been renovated in 2016-2017 .
All white , you will have a unique exprerience of one of the first villa built in Cala d'Or architecture style.

Its location in Cala d’Or is quite unique: at the end of a quiet street and close to city center, 400 m from the beach and sporting activities and 700 m from restaurants.
You will walk from 5 to 7 minutes ( with shortcuts ) to the central beach of Cala d' Or.

The 50% deposit is not refundable, anyway we will be flexible in case of cancalation notified within up to 4 month before arrival, or if we have the possibilty to rent the house under same conditions. Please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you
