The lovingly furnished, newly renovated apartment is on the first floor of a listed timber-framed building from the 16th Century and is set on 2 levels. At the top is the separate (parents) bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and (children) bedroom with 2 single beds, including the tasteful living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, a newly created bathroom with modern new objects and a ground flat shower room and a separate small clothes-room.
The apartment has wireless Internet connection, a new HD-TV with large flat screen TV, a private car park and a bicycle storage.
It is centrally located in a restored historic half-timbered house in the historic center of Flensburg, on the one hand facing the port of Flensburg and the Naval Museum, on the other hand with a magnificent view of the picturesque Norderstraße of Flensburg.
The house was built around the 1650th. Old cadastral records from Flensburg show that it was mostly inhabited by captains and sailors because of its proximity to the port of Flensburg. The landmark of Flensburg, the Nordertor, is only 200m away. You will feel at home!

Ich bin geborener Flensburger, meine Frau kommt aus Glücksburg. Dort wohnen wir auch und haben dort ebenfalls 2 sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen.
