The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with private off-road parking. Inside there is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, cooker, hob, fridge), living area with comfortable couch, and a dining table for 4 people. The house is light and well-lit. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed (160 x 190) and a room with 2 single beds (90 x 190). There is a shower room and separate toilet. There is also a garage with a washing machine and tumble dryer. To the rear is an enclosed garden with magnificent views over the dunes of St. Germain.
The house is ideal for dog owners, with an enclosed garden and walks to the rear accessible from the garden. The beach is dog-friendly, and there are very few people, even in high season. There is a naturist beach 1 km from the house.
There is a kart-racing track at Lessay, horse-riding on the beach at Barneville and a Land-yachting school at nearby Bretteville-sur-Plage
The house is situated 600m from sandy uncrowded beaches, and backs onto unspoilt countryside with lovely walks in the dunes. There is a baker and a shop all year round, as well as a restaurant. There are supermarkets and a good selection of shops and restaurants in the nearby towns of Lessay and La Haye du Puits. There are some excellent markets within easy driving distance (Portbail - Tuesday, Carteret - Saturday) and further afield trips to Mont-St-Michel and the Channel islands are all achievable in a day.

We speak: Deutsch, Englisch and Französisch
We bought the house in 2016 and have completely decorated and refurbished it ready for the 2017 season. We live in nearby Glatigny, not far if you need any help or have any questions. We have a German and English-speaking friend, so you don't need to speak French!
