The 2-storey rustical countryhouse is divided into the main house and a secondary building. The main house counts with a living- and dining kitchen, with air conditioning, two sofas, satellite TV, a dining table for 4 and an electric oven with a gas stovetop. It is the perfect place to relax with a good movie or listen to some music.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a bath room with a bath tub.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds each) and a bathroom with a bath tub. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms with two single beds counts with air conditioning. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair for a child up to 2 years old.
The main living- and dining kitchen is situated in the pool house, which also offers a bathroom with a shower. There is a sofa, 3 arm chairs, a television, a large dining table for 10 persons, an electric oven with a gas stovetop and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffeemaker.
From the shadow on the furnished porch you can watch the children play in the private chlorine pool (which measures 7m x 3m, with a depth ranging from 0,8 - 1,9m) or prepare a wonderful barbecue meal with your loved ones. There are enough sun loungers for everyone, to sunbathe or slumber on the well-kept lawn after a refreshing plunge. The exterior shower is perfect to wash off the sand or chlorine. The house offers clear views on the surrounding countryside. Nevertheless, the privacy is complete, as the terrain is fenced and there is only one neighbor on the other side of the street.
The house counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Pets are not allowed.
The celebration of parties and events is not permitted.

The famous virgin sandy beach of Es Trenc is only 2 km from the house, so you can reach it within a pleasant 40 minute walk, if you like, or in 10 minutes by car. Before arriving to the beach, you will also find some restaurants and (beach) bars. In Campos, at 6 km, you will find any other services you might need, like a big supermarket or a bank. Behind the dunes of Es Trenc, there is a huge area of salt works: the Salines d'Es Trenc. An extensive circuit designed to increase the concentration of salt per liter of sea water. It is a paradise for birds and a rare example of how human action can generate valuable ecosystems, worthy of protection. It offers guided tours. You will also enjoy visiting small coves on the East coast, like Santanyí, for bathing or rock climbing, or Cala Llombards. The natural park of Mondragó offers several short hikes along the shore, which are worthwhile too.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
