The light-flooded holiday apartment Zugspitzhaus covers a living area of 220 square meters and is modern and comfortably furnished. The seven rooms offer enough space for eight people. The high-quality wooden floor with under floor heating and the visible beam ceiling create a pleasant atmosphere. The view oft he Zugspitze and Alpspitze make the Zugspitzhaus the ideal holiday apartment, which is also suitable for groups. The ground floor is designed as a spacious living and dining room. From the living room you have access to a south-facing terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to relax.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms each with double beds, and two of the rooms have a south balcony which invites you to sunbathe. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower or bathtub.
On the second floor of the house is another bedroom with double bed and a large living room with south balcony access. The modern bathroom with shower is accessible via the bedroom.
Wi-Fi is free of charge. Please notice that it doesn't has the best connection, as the flat is located surrounded by hills! Dogs are not allowed, this is a non-smoker flat! Baby Bed and high chair are available for 25 Euro!
A ski storage room is available, also a washing machine and dryer in the main building are for shared usage for all our guests (2 minute walking), a parking lot can't be guaranteed at the building, there are public spaces in the surrounding area!
On 90 square meters, the apartment Sonnenblick has two bedrooms with double beds and a living room. A sleeping sofa offers a further overnight accommodation. The combined living and dining area with access to the south balcony will enchant you, because you have a wonderful view of the Alps. The Miele kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom with window has a shower and a bath. There is also a separate guest toilet and a practical storage room. In all rooms the underfloor heating can be adjusted individually. The apartment is located in a quiet location in the district Partenkirchen. The historic Ludwigstraße is within walking distance. Here you will find good restaurants, butchers, an organic market, bakers and a cheese shop. Also worth a visit is the chocolate factory Chocolaterie Amelie, where you can observe the production of chocolate or participate in praline courses.
Your flat is ready from 3 p.m. on the arrival day.
Please give us a call 30 minutes before you arrive. The hand over of the keys will be at "Brandstraße 27" in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in our office. We welcome you between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you arrive later than 6 p.m. please give us a notice early enough. In this case won't meet you personally, but we will place the key for you.
