Visit us in Allgäu in our lovely, modern furnished holiday home. You'll enjoy a large garden with multiple seats and places to lounge, as well as our home's location right near the lake. The walking paths start right at the garden gate. Your dog is also welcome if it can get along with other dogs (our Sammy is a friendly male). You can sit by the cosy wood stove on cool summer evenings or in the winter. WIFI, bed linens, bath and kitchen linens are included. There is an additional holiday home in the building on the ground floor, as well as a small studio next door. We also live on the property, and are your contact if you have any questions. You can also have it all to yourself.
Fully fenced garden. Dogs are welcome, if they can get along with other dogs, otherwise your furry friend shouldn't be alone in the garden.

The Forggensee cycling path, hiking paths and cross country trails are right on the doorstep. The Forgeensee is only 2 minutes away, and 800 metres away you'll find multiple beaches with lounges. Füssen, with its historic old town, museums and inviting restaurants spoils guests with various lovely events in summer and winter, Neuschwanstein Castle is enthroned above everything and invites visitors to walk in King Ludwig's footsteps.
From the A7/Kempten, take the Rosshaupten exit and you'll be with us in about 20 minutes. We will provide you with exact directions before you arrive.

If you cancel or leave early, there is a flat fee: up to 60 days before the rental period starts 30%, 59-30 days before the rental period starts 60%, from 29 days before the rental period starts or if you do not come 90%. (Percentage of the total rental fee minus final cleaning)

The holiday guest is liable for any damage caused by or attributable to them or third parties under their responsibility (such as guests) in the residence and the outdoor area.
Any damages will be charged on site right after the damage is reported or will be billed afterward. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, naturally.
