Holiday house for 12 persons, with the total living area of 400 sqm, situated on 2 air-conditioned floors. At the ground floor there are a living room with kitchen and dining room, one double bedroom with the access to the swimming pool area and separate toilet. On the first floor there are five double bedrooms with en suite bathroom-toilet each, three of which with a double bed and two with separate beds.
Villa Krculi is a spacious holiday house (renovated stone house) with a large swimming pool, located in the same named village near Zminj in central Istria. The house is situated on a property of 3000 sqm with a well maintained lawn, a large swimming pool of 50 sqm, outdoor kitchen and several parking spaces.

In the nearby Žminj the guests can find the grocery shop, ATM, restaunrants, coffee bars and other facilities, while the beach and sports entertainment are located in Rovinj, which is about 20 km away. Near the house there is a typical Istrian tavern with a beautiful garden, which offers indigenous Istrian dishes and it is working only on announcement. The tavern is run by house owners of the villa and who also live in the immediate vicinity of the house.

In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified till 42 days before arrival: 30 % of the total reservation cost is charged
Reservation cancellations notified between 41 and 28 days before arrival: 50 % of the total reservation cost is charged
Reservation cancellations notified between 27 and 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the total reservation cost is charged
Reservation cancellations 7 and 1 day before arrival: 80 % of the total reservation cost is charged.
Reservation cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100 % of the total reservation cost is charged.
The day when the cancellation notice has been received is considered the cancellation date (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be the next working day). In case of no-show or unnanounced delayed arrival, ISTRIA HOME keeps the total reservation amount.
The VAT and local tax are included in the price.
