Villa Vista Savudrija is located in the heart of Savudrija, north-western peak of the Istrian coast. Villa is situated close to the beach, bars, restaurants. Savudrija, once fisherman's village, is just a short drive away from costal town Umag. Umag offers a great choice of leisure activities, tourist conveniences as well as a little port. Excellent restaurants, barsand cafes can be found in its cobbled streets.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
