This holiday apartment that sits in a wonderfully peaceful but very central location will be finished in the middle of May 2018. The magnificent, very bright and airy holiday apartment with its own share of the garden sits on the ground floor of a 4-family house with a light-flooded bay window and a fantastic terrace. The orientation of the terrace means that you can capture the first rays of sunlight in the morning and also enjoy the sun throughout the entire day. The apartment's two bedrooms mean that it's great for two to four people - the second bedroom can also be used as a reading room with a cosy reading armchair and a little library. You can spend an absolutely magnificent holiday in this modern holiday apartment that's furnished in a maritime style.
High quality furnishings, white-oiled country house oak floors, separate kitchen that's fully equipped with brand-name appliances, bathroom with level-access shower and rainforest shower head, blackout blinds in the sleeping areas and much, much more! The apartment includes a car parking space and a lockable shed... The beds are of course made up when you arrive and plenty of towels are provided.

The idyllic Baltic Sea health spa resort of Zingst stands out thanks to its special location between the Baltic Sea with its long, sandy beaches and endless dunes and the wonderfully beautiful natural surroundings of the lagoon landscape. You'll have time for the sea and much, much more while you're here. The holiday apartment sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac and nevertheless enjoys a central location. The town centre with a baker, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and bars is just a few minutes' walk away. The pier and the Baltic Sea can be reached in just 700m.
By car
If you're travelling from the west or the south:
(coming from the A20) head along the A19 towards "Rostock-Überseehafen/Rostock-Ost", take exit 6 ("Rostock-Ost") on the B105 and head towards "Ribnitz-Damgarten" via Barth or Bartelshagen, or
(coming from the A19) head along the A20 towards "Stralsund", take exit 20 ("Bad Sülze/Barth") and travel via Löbnitz to Barth.
Whichever route you take, head over the Meiningenbrücke ("Meiningen bridge") towards Zingst (please note - the bridge sometimes opens for quite a while to let shipping through).

- Up to 100 days before you are due to arrive: no cancellation fee.
- From 99 to 50 days before you are due to arrive: 20% of the rental price.
- From 49 to 14 days before you are due to arrive: 60% of the rental price.
- From 13 to 3 days before you are due to arrive: 80% of the rental price.
- Two days before you are due to arrive, no-shows and early departures: 100% of the rental price.
Tourist tax in accordance with Zingst's spa town administration.
An additional fee of €10 per day will be charged per person for the 3rd and 4th guest.
Arrivals/Departures are only possible on Saturdays or Sundays in the high season (A) (Sunday recommended).
The beds are of course made up when you arrive and plenty of towels are provided.
Please bring your own beach towels.
