The Villa Una is nested in a small village Baldasi. Baldasi is a small village just a short drive away from the beautiful small medieval town of Vizinada. Vizinada is isolated from its bustle, but still integrated into all the events in the town. If you visit Vizinada, you can witness one of the most beautiful views of the Green and Blue Istria from the
hill rising above the Mirna valley. Car is recommended. Beautiful beaches in Porec area are just a short drive away.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
