Villa with pool and Trullo
Stunning villa made of our typical local stones, consist of a “Trullo” and a “Lamia” situated in a dominant and panoramic view. It is completely fenced and has a spacious garden with ornamental plants and a large space with a car parking.
The villa has two double bedrooms, one of them is in the Trullo and its glassed door overlooks the swimming pool. There is also a twin bedded room; bathroom with shower; spacious living room and kitchen with a fireplace. The villa has got all the comforts as well as wi-fi.A large pergola surrounds the front of the property which makes the perfect outdoor area with table and chairs where our guests can enjoy dining outside overlooking the pool and the garden.
There is an equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and oven for pizza. Bathroom and laundry room. An immaculate garden with lawn goes around the pool area equipped with solarium and sun chairs. Near the pool there is also a shaded area with sofas.
Two outside showers dedicated to the pool area. The swimming pool ( 5 x 10 mt.) also features a whirpool and a water jet.

The villa is situated at 2,5 kms from Castellana Grotte town centre, at 5 kms from Conversano, 12 kms from Polignano, 7 kms from Putignano, 15 kms from Monopoli and 15 kms from Alberobello.

5. Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival, where requested by the municipality where the villa is .
