The town of Kevelaer is located in the lowlands of the Lower Rhine, the north-west of the federal state North Rhine-Westphalia. The Marian pilgrimage site in Kevelaer is the largest of its kind in north-western Europe. There are many free-time activities for young and old, whether its cycling on the Lower Rhine, paddling on the Niers or a visit to the adventurepark Irrland. New is the St. Jakob brine garden, which promises relaxation, recreation and time to breathe deeply.
You can reach our holiday apartment through the Highway 57. Drive to the Sonsbeck exit, keep in the direction of Kevelaer and then follow the federal road 9 in direction of Geldern. Alternatively, you can also take the A 40 to the Kerken exit, then keep the direction of Kevelaer on the B 9 federal road. Our driveway to the country house then branches off at an angle of 90 degrees from this parking lot. You reach the farm through a pebble path after 200 meters, there you will find your holiday home.

If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, if another Rental is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord endeavors to rent the rental property to someone else.
