The interior of the house can be accessed from the porch, and it offers a renewed and functional house that will make you feel at home. It is specially useful in the space that accommodated the living room, the dining area and the kitchen all together. A large window is the perfect ally for family meals, offering a panoramic of the privileged exterior. The delicious dishes on the table will be cooked on the ceramic hob. Afterwards, the best plan is to rest on the sofa watching a satellite TV film and the wood stove will be your charming company in the coldest days. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board; and three bedrooms with a closet and AC each of them. Two of the rooms come with two twin beds and the last one with a double bed. Two of them have access to the terrace. A cot and a high chair are also available.
The landscape and the views invite to dream while swimming in the chlorine pool, which delights anyone with its turquoise colours. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 0.8 to 1.50 metres. By the pool there is an exterior shower to refresh after sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers. However, you can also relax reading a book under the thatched parasols shadow. There are some neighbours, and peace will be your best daily company in your outdoors breakfasts or in the evening while tasting a delicious barbecue at the porch.

Alcudia is a town near the coast, perfect for those who love peace, nature and culture. All kinds of excursions and cultural visits are offered among the ancient narrow streets of the town centre and the traditional flea market. A visit to the chapel of La Victoria is also a must, as well as to its little pebbled coves and crystalline waters. It is a great excursion going on foot or by car till the top where the views over the bay of Alcudia are amazing. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, of fine and white sand. This area also features all needed services for an independent stay and it presents a great and lively atmosphere.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
