Villa Ox has a total of 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 persons. On the lower ground floor of this spacious villa you will find 3 cosy bedrooms, 2 of them with an ensuite bathroom. If you book this lovely villa, one of your favourite rooms will be the open plan living/dining area, bright and airy due to large windows and glas doors that let in light during the entire day. For an extra touch, the living room is also equipped with a pool table that will keep you entertained during your vacation. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms are located on the upper floor, from where you can enjoy an excellent view of the surroundings. Villa Ox is located a peaceful and quiet area in Central Istria, overlooking vineyards, hamlets and farmhouses dotted across the picturesque rolling hills. However, the medieval city of Pazin is just a short drive away. Pazin has always been the subject of stories, legends and interests. It boasts the best-preserved castle in Istria, a massive building from which once the whole Istria was governed. Pazin and it´s surroundings offer varied places for an active holiday.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Max. 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 100 € per pet per week
Pool heating available upon request at extra charge: 100 € per week - water temperature weather-related.
