The well-kept exteriors comprise a 10 x 4 meter sized chlorine poo with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.7 meters l and a nice garden with different trees and plants. There are several terraces and a porch, perfect for chilling, having a tasty barbecue or a large breakfast with family and friends. The BBQ-zone consists in a big build-in barbecue and a seating area. In total, there are 6 single and 2 double loungers to get tanned; but you may also extend your towel directly on the lawn area. Having lunch in at the conservatory, overlooking the pool, is a nice experience even when it's raining. But in Mallorca, sun is almost shining every day and so you can have a nap on the exterior sofa by the pool. There are some neighbor houses around the villa.
In the house there are from 5 to 8 double bedrooms. The owners have paid great attention to the details, what you can see in every room, on each floor. There's a classy living room with leather sofa and satellite TV so you can have a little siesta. A sliding door gives access to a rustic anteroom and the kitchen, which still preserves the ancient flair of this amazing house. The kitchen offers lots of work surface, a gas cooker, oven and much more. Around the dining table, you can sit down either on the rustic bank or the chairs. The laundry room features a washing machine, tumble dryer and an iron with ironing board. A cozy bedroom with shower bath en-suite, spacious wardrobe and access to a terrace is on the ground floor. The first floor consists in four more bedrooms, each with a en-suite bath (with bathtub). Two of them come with a wardrobe, while the others have a dressing room as well as access to a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds and TV (with satellite channels) each. If you come with your baby, we can prepare up to 2 cots and high chairs. The whole house offers centralized A/C.
The owner will present you with an almond cake and a bottle of Mallorcan wine.
There is exterior parking for 4 cars.

The holiday home is near a street that connects the village Muro with Can Picafort. Muro provides you with a supermarket, a gas station, and a few bars / restaurants. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Can Picafort, a lively town with lots of amenities, shops and restaurants. The fine grained sand beach is family-friendly and lots of beach bars offer good cocktails and food. In spring and autumn, the area is wonderful for cycling and hiking.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
