Oleandar - This old, recently renovated house is ideal for two families, since each family has its own apartment. In the garden there is a "Kažun" (a typical Istrian stone hut), an outdoor kitchen and a pool (24m2 + 5m2 small pool) with deck-chairs. In the yard there is a parking lot.
It is a house for 7 + 2 people (there are two separate parts of the building, each with its own entrance, ca. 45 m2 and 65 m2) on two floors. On the ground floor of each apartment there is a kitchen, a living room and a toilet. On the first floor in the smaller apartment there is a bedroom and a bathroom, while in the larger apartment there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Air conditioning: in the larger apartment there is one air conditioner in the living room, one on the stairs to the "pink bedroom" and one in the "gray bedroom". In the small apartment there is one air conditionier in the living room and one on the stairs to the "blue room".
Baby bed - on request.
The house is pet friendly. The pet fee is 10 Eur per day / per pet.
