This fantastic house in a coastal urbanisation is the perfect place for those in search of a quiet place but at the same time enjoying some funny and joyful days.
The inside welcomes you with a wonderful living room with a TV set that leads to the open dining and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic top, oven and utensils to cook as if you were at home, and it has direct exit to the garden. This is perfect because you can cook your best recipes and enjoy your meals right there or alfresco. All these spaces are connected and feature an AC unit. There are 3 bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other two with a double bed each and a closet. If you are travelling with your children we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Two shower bathrooms complete the accommodation.
The salt water pool at the backyard is, no doubt, the perfect ally for that. You can spend a nice morning swimming in the 8 x 4 metres pool and with a 0.7 to 2 metres water depth, and exercise enough to be hungry at noon. You can prepare a good banquet at the terrace or the porch, cooked on the barbecue, and maybe later enjoy a delicious coffee or tea. Later in the afternoon, you can bask for a while in the sun on one of the two sun loungers available. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
The wood stove cannot be used.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Sa Ràpita is a great residential area located in a coastal spot of great beauty and boasting 3 of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca: sa Ràpita, ses Covetes and the paradisaical es Trenc. Regarding the services, you can make the basic shopping here, but we recommend Campos for major services like bars, restaurants, shops and more.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
