The peace that emanates from the exterior and the wonderful views to the Pla of Mallorca is what transforms this great house between the fields and the town into a dream-like place. The large terrace accommodates a great chlorine pool -that sizes 9 x 7 metres and that has a depth from 1 to 2 metres-, with the impressive company of the absolutely fascinating landscape. You just have to lean out its edge and enjoy the fields and the mountains. And the pool water can be heated up to 22ºC!!! You can sunbathe around the pool on one of the 8 sun loungers or enjoy a delicious breakfast on the table. From here, you can access a windowed room with space to enjoy a drink and relax or the barbecued dinner. If you want to entertain yourselves, you will find a tennis court with some rackets and balls. There is a comfortable exterior bathroom with a shower. The property is fenced and, although there are nearby neighbours, privacy is total.
This villa features two buildings: the main house and a beautiful annex. The main house follows the rustic and traditional style. The sofa in the living room is perfect to rest or watch the satellite TV channels while the AC is cooling the space. The dining kitchen is the heart of the house which, with a great character, becomes the perfect scenery for a great banquet. It is equipped with gas top, oven, a great island and all needed utensils and it has direct access to outdoors. There are 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds and two of them with a double bed, and one of the latest has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a second bathroom with tub and independent shower for the rest of the house. On the other hand, the second building has a cosy terrace and then, in the inside, it features a beautiful living-dining room with a ceiling fan open to the kitchenette area that only has a fridge, sink and some cabinets to store some appetisers and cold drinks. Please note that there is no other equipment or crockery. A bedroom with a double bed, a trundle bed and a shower bathroom complete this second house. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair. Finally, the laundry room is independent and features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. This beautiful house is located in Ariany, a quiet village in the centre of Mallorca, with all basic services and close to the sea by car. The nearest beach is only 16 km away in Can Picafort, although you will reach other wonders when skirting the coast like Puerto de Alcudia, son Serra de Marina or Cala San Vicente. From Ariany you can go to visit other fantastic villages and towns like Manacor, Petra, Sineu, Costitx or Inca which is worth a visit specially on Thursday morning when its traditional street market takes place.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
