This beautiful 4-bedroom 3.5 bath home has a split floor plan on 3,127 sq. ft. living space. Conveniently located it takes only a short 5-minute drive to reach a shopping center, pharmacies, postal service, banks, a walk-in doctor’s office and variety of restaurants, bars, or the Cape Harbor Luxury Yacht Marina with its well-known boutiques, bars and restaurants. You will need only about 10 to 15 minutes to get to downtown Cape Coral or the Cape Coral Beach at the Yacht Club. Three of our local golf courses and the Sun-Splash waterpark are about 15 to 20 minutes away.
