When entering the property, a nicely decorated hall welcomes the guests. The owner has paid great attention to the details, so you can feel like home. There is a rustic sitting-dining room with satellite-TV, with TV-SAT and pellet stove, that is ideal for long table-talks with your loved ones. Furthermore, there is another dining room and a second living room, ideal for reading. The kitchen with gas stove and fireplace is fully-equipped and in the laundry you will find a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with A/C and wardrobes. Two bedrooms offer a bathroom en-suite, 1 with shower and 1 with bath tub, and space for one cot. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
