The beautiful villa Antonela can accommodate up to 13 people and has five bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area and an entertainment room. On the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and the entertainment room are on the first floor. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area leads directly to the beautiful terrace with access to the 32 m2 private pool, which lures you to relax and sunbathe. The outdoor jacuzzi guarantees additional relaxation. At your disposal there are also a pool table, darts, table football, bicycles and a grill. My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
