Villa Percan is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to relax in a lovely environment, just 3 km away from the Adriatic sea. You can also enjoy on the cosy sun loungers by the private pool. On the terrace at your disposal is an outside dinning area with charcoal barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of your favourite drink. The ground floor consist out of a lovingly decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room. Villa Percan is located in a small town in the eastern part of Istria - Rakalj. Its location is perfect for trips to famous cities of Pula, Rovinj or Opatija. Rakalj is an excellent place for combining both relaxation and active holidays. In the nearby port, there is an excellently equipped diving center for beginners and experienced divers. During your stay in Istria do not miss to try and enjoy the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities: truffles, olive oil and prosciutto.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
Max. 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50€ per pet per week.
A 300€ refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
