Chalet Ca Sa Tia (Son Prohens) is a two-storey house. Upon entering, a cosy living room, for maybe a reading, will welcome you. Immediately after, an arch leads you to a Mallorcan kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob. Then, there is a bathroom with shower and two dormitories with wardrobe, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds. Upstairs, there is a rustic living room, with satellite TV and a beautiful terrace, and the third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are a cot and a high chair available. The stays and the dormitories below feature air conditioning. The laundry provides our guests with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.
This precious country house is just ideal to take a well-deserved rest in absolute calm and privacy. The construction is surrounded by magical corners, surrounded by immense fields and trees, so you can make unforgettable moments and memories. You can also take tasty breakfasts or barbecues under the cane-covered terrace or under the stone porch, a coffee or a glass of wine in the outside armchairs or under the trees.

Being located in the countryside but at only 4.3 km from the Felanitx village, is what makes this accommodation an even more perfect place to choose to spend your holidays. In the village you can do your daily shopping or go for lunch or dinner. Regarding the beach, the closest one is Cala Domingos, at 16.6 km, but there are many other paradisiacal coves and beaches in the area that you have to visit.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
Tourist supplement: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from 1 November until March 31.
