On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet, on the middle floor is an equipped kitchen, living room with dining room and a guest toilet. On the upper floor (high attic) is a large double bedroom with sofa bed for two children and a shower/toilet.The house is air conditioned (individually adjustable) all bedrooms have private bathrooms and TV, and there is also a swimming pool, pool table and darts.
The guests have two parking spaces, a covered terrace with table and chairs and a gas barbecue on disposal.

The day when the cancellation notice has been received is considered the cancellation date (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be the next working day). In case of no-show or unnanounced delayed arrival, ISTRIA HOME keeps the total reservation amount.
