This stunning house is perfect for those who love the good weather since you can enjoy the beautiful chlorine pool -that sizes 8.5 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.2 metres-, and the rocky beach that is only 800 metres from the house. So, after a nice morning swimming in the pool or the sea and sunbathing on one of the 6 sunloungers, you can cook a delicious barbecue to enjoy at the terrace or the porch.
With a majestic style, the house comprises a spacious living and dining room, equipped with TV-sat, a large kitchen with a gas cooktop that's open to glazed area where you can also enjoy your meals, three bedrooms with a closet and a fan each, two bathrooms and a toilet outside. One of the bedrooms offers twin beds and the other two have a double bed, each one with an en-suite bathroom, one with a tub and the other with a shower. A baby cot and a high-chair are available, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Finally the house is equipped with oil central heating.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Badia Blava is a coastal family area skirting spectacular waters. About 800 metres away from the house you will discover some amazing corners where you can dive into the sea from the rocks. The nearest sandy beach is s'Arenal. You will find an easy access to the bay of Palma from here, as well as to all kinds of services for an independent stay such as good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
