The villa is located in Krnica, a little town located in the east part of the Istrian peninsula. The main landmark of this town is the belfry at the church of st. Roko, also the protector of the city. The name of the little town, once a fisherman village, comes from the Celtic word “kar” meaning stone. This area is famous for fish specialties and you can also try great wine but also enjoy your holidays actively. The first natural beach with crystal clear blue sea is just cca 2 km away from the villa. Enjoy a panorama bike tour, go hiking or just relax at the nearby beach. The touristy town Pula is just 28 km away from the villa. Sight see the famous Roman am amphitheater and visit numerous museums, restaurants and bars.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at the request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
