Labinci is a small village, only a short drive away from Porec. Porec is the tourist hot spot of the surrounding, with all its sport, gastronomical and fun amenities, known for its beautiful beaches as well as rich cultural heritage. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal city. Sunsets in Porec are also something worth seeing. The nearest beach is approx. 7 km away from the villa. Since the coast is easily reachable by car, you have lots of different beaches to discover. In the vicinity of Porec you will find the water park - Aqualandia, that ensures a fun-filled day for the entire family.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
