Villa Ljubica is a charming villa near Svetvincenat in the hilly hinterland of Istria. On the ground floor, you can find the enormous meeting point room, where you will surely spend a lot of time together. Here you can find an open concept living and dining area with a completely equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there are also 4 bedrooms, all with access to the terrace next to the inviting pool in the beautiful garden, which spreads far in the background and offers plenty of additional content and sports activities that will most impress the children. Two of those bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, while the other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom in a separate hall. From here you can overlook the sea with the Brijuni islands. The whole house is decorated traditionally with rustic elements that give a truly authentic feeling of the Istrian hinterland that awaits you for a relaxing holiday while surrounded by nature. Klarici is a charming hamlet in the municipality of Svetvincenat, located in the hinterland of Istria. Here you can enjoy the wonderful nature, visit the Morosini castle or one of the gastro-tours. Nearby you will find many touristy cities worth visiting (Rovinj, Pula). Rovinj is a romantic city offering numerous restaurants, bars and nice narrow alleys. We can also recommend you to visit the Brijuni island reachable by boat from Fazana.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at the request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
