Villa Marika is located in a charming little village Vizinada. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view on the Mirna valley, the hills of Istria´s hinterland and other little cities in the distance, like beautiful Motovun. Not far from the villa you can also get to other touristy towns like Porec or Novigrad. Porec is today one of the most important touristic center with its impressive Euphrasian Basilica. If you are traveling with kids, you can visit the nearby Aquapark Istralandia.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Heated pool available on request for 100 € per week; water temperature is weather related.
