Nestled in the foothills of Mont Ventoux, surrounded by picturesque vineyards and olive trees, this exceptional villa is located near the village of Mazan, only 25 minutes by car from Avignon. A relaxing retreat with a large 12 x 6 m pool, three outdoor dining areas, a fully equipped summer kitchen with gas barbecue, a huge lawn for an evening game of petanque, a welcome shade from the large mulberry trees and spectacular sunsets.
Inside, the bedrooms are divided into two wings. From the main door a staircase leads to 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 en-suite and one with a bathroom directly in front of the bedroom) and a master bedroom with bathroom on the second floor. There is a second staircase through the lounge leading to the west wing and has a bedroom with bathroom on the first floor and a master bedroom with bathroom on the second floor. All six bedrooms have fans.
The whole house is fully equipped with WLAN, Bose Soundlink and Apple TV for all your ipads, iphones, androids, laptops.

Bastide de Venaissin is a private idyllic 6 bedroom property with breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux to the north and the limestone cliffs of the picturesque Dentelles de Mountmarail to the west. Shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk of the village of Mazan, you can also explore the nearby villages of Crillon Le Brave, Beaumes de Venise and Bedoin as well as sightseeing on foot, by bike or by car.
