Cancellation occurring over 30 days before the beginning of the stay: 10% of the amount for the stay shall be retained; with a minimum amount set to €30.50.
Cancellation occurring between the 30th and 21st day included before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the price of the stay shall be retained;
Cancellation occurring between the 20th and 7th day included before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the price of the stay shall be retained;
Cancellation occurring less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay or failure to arrive: the full amount for the stay shall be retained;
In all cases, the full amount for administrative fees and, where applicable, the cancellation insurance premium, shall be retained. Should the customer have purchased any other services in addition to the approved accommodation booked, any tickets not used by the customer shall neither be returned, exchanged nor refunded.
