The finca is located in the northeast of Mallorca less than 5 minutes by car from Artà. It is situated in an idyllic location, there are no big streets disturbing, so that you can really enjoy your holiday.
The tennis court is available to all guests of the finca.
Journey time from the airport is about 55 minutes, you take the MA-19 towards Santanyí. Then take exit 10 towards Manacor and take the MA-15 towards Manacor. At the roundabout before Manacor, continue on the MA-15 towards San Llorenc/Cala Rajada. Follow the MA-15 until you reach the roundabout where you turn off the MA- 4030 towards Son Servera/Cala Millor. You are now on the MA-4040 road, after the Pula Golf Course you will see the milestone on your right [3.0 km]. Immediately before it, turn left towards Artà/Ma-4041 and take the first exit at the next roundabout. Follow the road for 2.8 km and then turn right. From here it is another 650 m until you can see the entrance to the finca on the left.

In the event of a cancellation, we take the liberty of charging the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
a) In the event of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of occupancy, 20% of the rental price.
b) From the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of occupancy 60% of the rental price
c) From the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 80% of the rental price
d) From the 29th day until the day of the start of occupancy and in case of no-show without cancellation 100% of the rental price.
