A small place that is a home for only around one hundred people is located in the vicinity of a picturesque mid-Istrian town Svetvinčenat (Saint Vincent). The old core of the village has a typical Istrian architecture, with semi-detached stone houses with tall walls. In the surrounding area you will find many old estates that are today turned into holiday houses. There is a legend about some undiscovered treasure that the locals hid from robbers/authorities a little over century ago.

In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
A 400.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
