According to the following schedule, cancellation fees are also due based on the number of days prior to arrival:
More than 45 days: 25% of the rent
Between 44 and 30 days: 50% of the rent
Between 29 and 7 days: 80% of the rent
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the rent
In any case, the cancellation must first be communicated by telephone and then confirmed in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). The date of this letter will be taken into account. If the cancellation is made on a public holiday, the calculation of the period begins on the first working day after the holiday.
